Description 2004-7-20aP This layer is the eastern baulk of k4 and k5. In principle it belongs to k4 but in practice it's the eastern side of the eastern baulk of k4 and k5, or, rather, the western side of the German trench k100. We dug this area as a baulk without differentiating the different layers except when the change was very evident ( f110). The top elevation is m3614 + 0 -13; the bottom is m3907 + 3 - 164.
