Description/Count
description (summary) 2006-8-27 vVE f568 is the deposit that lies against the lowest step of the second apron f556 and the top of the revetment wall. It must have accumulated here (also covering now the top of the revetment wall) during the use of f556 After excavation of these deposits several stones of the top of the revetment wall seem to be starting to show. other reasons, reservations, qualifications 2012-8-26 jW This accumulation is an important marker in that it covers the added capstones to the revetment wall f591, f593. However, since it abuts the second apron, f556, it illustrates that the apron was kept clean from the period of its construction until after even the modified revetment wall could no longer be seen.
