Description (summary) 2006-10-03 mS this view is from the south and shows the full extent of pebble surface f232 and it's relation to the wall, f72. The cut in the northern portion of the picture is actually where this surface ends and is not artificial. It follows the line of stones seen running east west on either side and just above the edge. This surface is almost certainly dated to the late Khabur period since all accumulations above were Mitanni. In the eastern baulk can be seen the horizontal depositions of the later accumulations.
