A single line of five large limestone blocks oriented SE to NW along the northeastern corner of k109. Their extent is unknown as they appear to continue into unit J1. They are at the approximate elevation of the third glacis, but they cannot be definitely linked stratigraphically. The orientation of the center blocks, f244 and f246, (rectangular slabs set on the long edge and parallel to one another) suggests that they may have functioned as a doorway, but altertanately, the overall linear orientation suggests that all 5 stones may have functioned as a second set of memory stones in conjunction with a second Mittani rebuild of the glacis and memory stone system. a3. |
