| Description (summary) | 2006-08-20 | sC | f5 is a natural accumulation under the topsoil in k72 that covers the whole unit. The feature is characterized by a compact surface and consists of patches of harder and softer soil. f5 is very loose and fine in texture, once removed it is crumble in consistence and a bit dusty. f5 characterized by the presence of small stones (these are generally aprox. 10x6cm in dimension) and it is light brown in color; when dryes it is light grayish in colour. It is the same of f4 in k71 and f6 in k73. While removing this feature a fragment of modern pottery has been recovered; this presence is to address to the erosion of the tell surface (f5 is a natural accumulation below the topsoil).
