It is the same of f28 in k74. f 27 ;df ts ds This is the topsoil layer in k62 that covers the whole square. It is very compact in consistence and fine in texture. Once removed it has a platy structure, it is loose and a bit dusty. It is characterized by dark organic band due to the presence of roots (which are small in dimension). It is rich in pebbles and stones of medium dimensions (approx. 10x6cm) and poor in pottery sherds. f 28 ;df ad ds This is a natural accumulation in k74. f28 has a crumble structure and it is medium compact in consistence; it is characterized by patches of soft soil mixed to loose ones. It is fine texture and a bit dusty when removed. It is the same f26 in k63. At the elevation of m4293 +91 –158 the feature presents more soft areas than compact ones and it is reddish color. f 29 df ad ds This is a natural accumulation in k63. f29 is crumble in consistence and it consists of patches of hard and soft soil. It is fine in texture, clayish with some sandy areas. f29 presents the same characteristics of f26 in k63 and f28 in k74. ;co light yellowish brown ;c# 10YR 6/4 .rd Q819 .ri pC f 30 df ad ds This is a natural accumulation under the topsoil in k62. f30 is crumble and soft in consistence, and very fine in texture. f 31 df ts ds f31 is the topsoil layer in k64. It has a platy structure, soft in consistence, and very loose texture (a bit dusty when removed). f31 is characterized by the presence of roots, pebbles and few pottery sherds. It is brownish in color due to the presence of organig material. It is the same of f27 in k62, f22 in k63 and f24 in k74. ;co light yellowish brown ;c# 10YR 6/4 f 32 df ad ds f32 is a natural accumulation in k62 which covers the whole square. f32 has a blocky in structure, it is soft in consistence and fine in texture. It consists of patches of hard and soft soil, and it is dusty when removed. It is characterized of the presence of pebbles (< 5cm) and it is poor in pottery sherds and has few rooths. It is the same of f28 in k74. co light yellowish brown c# 10YR 6/4 f 33 df ad ds f33 is a natural accumulation below the topsoil (f31) in k64. It has a crumble structure, it is soft in consistence and fine in texture. It is characterized by the presence of few roots and it is a bit dusty when removed. It is the same natural accumulation of f32 in k62 and f28 in k74. co light yellowish brown c# 10YR 6/4 ;f34 ;df ad ;ds f34 is a natural accumulation in k64. It consists of patches of hard and soft soil; when removed with the big pick it has a blocky structure, it is very fine in texture and dusty. Among the pottery sherds three islamic pottery sherds have collected (q53.1). ;c# 10YR 6/4 ;co light yellowish brown f 35 df ad ds This is a natural accumulation in k62, directly below f32. It is hard crumble in consistence and very fine in texture (a bit dusty when removed). It is characterized by the presence of some rooths, pebbles (5-10 cm). It is the same of f37 in k63. c# 10YR 6/4 co light yellowish brown ;f 36 ;df ad ;ds This is a natural accumulation under f28 in k74. It is crumble and soft in consistence with patches of compact and soft soil, but very fine texture (it is a bit clayish, it leaves color on fingers and dusty when removed). f36 seems to be the same natural accumulation as f37 in k63. ;c# 10YR 6/6 ;co brownish yellow f 37 df ad ds This is a natural accumulation under f29 in k63.
