.bk J6 .fl S901mKB.j .fd date of feature .ei mKB .ed S901 .rd S901 .ri mKB f 164 ns equal to J6f174 and J4f150 I11 on relooking at f164 in light of the fact that it is equal to f174 and J4 f150 I think that it too should date to late Phase h33. For the determination of late Phase h33 see entry under J6f174.The combed decoration which was unique when I previously looked at the feature are now found in other sherds in these features and therefore cannot be an imitation. f 174 I11 many phase h33 shape types. Should date to Phase h33b since there are types that then go into the following phase, Phase h41a including 3 fine ware bowls with ring bases but no burnishing (seen in the Phase h41 radial burnished bowls), 1 cup with a slight flaring near the base (typical new cup shapes in Phase h41 are bag shaped), the combed decoration with straight and wavy patterns has a tight pattern in the wavy portion of the design not typical of Phase h33. q 286 K99 many sherds including many shape sherds dating to Phase 3. 2 body sherds with a thick applied band with rope decoration, 2 body sherds with combed decoration but with tight curves in the wavy portion of the decoration, conical cup with string cut base (in any typical Phase 3 feature from the palace these would be numerous), 1 Bi-color ware body sherds non Phase 3 shapes include: 1 Late Chalcolithic gray-brown burnished bowl, 1 Phase 1 Rough ware body sherd, Phase 1 Simple ware small bowls and cups, 1 Phase 4 cup with ribbing below the rim f 158 I11 unclear but probably not later than Phase 3 q 267 K99 Phase 3 jar with parallel combed lines, Phase 1 small jar with outturned rim.2 possible Phase 1 Rough ware body sherds. Sherds of unknown date include 1 bowl with inturned rim f 168 I11 unclear q 285 K99 Phase 1 flaring rim jar, 1 bottle rim possibly of Phase 3, 1 body sherd with water drip marks on the exterior in Wet Smooth ware, usually found in Phase 3 in Chaff Tempered ware, body sherd with 2 lines of incised decoration possibly Phase 4, jar rims of unclear date.
