Structures

Giorgio Buccellati – May 2010

The only real structure in A16 is the paved courtyard, of which only a portion has been exposed.

Other large built units that might perhaps qualify as structures, in particular a possible underground structure covered by a baked brick layer, and large burial chambers in the shape of miniature houses, are treated under installations. This includes a1 and a2 that were at first interperted as rooms of houses but appear instead to be burial chambers.
