| Iconographic description, specific | 2026-09-28 | mKB | This composite is based on six seal impressions. Its iconography focuses on a horned deity facing right with rays coming from both shoulders and upper arms. This figure appears to be holding downward a weapon in his right hand. His left leg is raised perhaps on a hillock. His head and upper body are shown in front view while the lower body and legs are turned to the right. Behind him is a small goat with body facing right but head facing left. In front of him are two humans one is touching his left raised arm and the other human figure has one arm raised. The seal is rolled near a peg impression both in A1.246 and A1.262. In A1.262 (G this drawing can be seen in A1 Field number list) there is one flat surface showing impressions of wood with peg impressions on this wood. There are other Urkesh seal impressions with an animal with one raised leg on a hill with plants growing on this hill but these impressions are iconographically different than this composit. A variation of this iconography we can see in A5.121 with a human who has a leg on the head of a reversed horned animal and A5.135 where a human has a leg on the mane of a reversed lion.
