We stopped excavating a locus as soon as we encountered evidence of signficant architecture. The loci close to the gully suffered significant damage before they were completely covered by accumulation. The final photograph for k22 illustrates this point by highlighting what we have assumed is a pise platform, f293, that has been eroded by water. A small wall, f298 extends southward out of the north baulk. Just under the surface there is a layer of stones and other material, f196, that extends across 3 loci, k21, k22 and k23, and which we assume is a path. There is a row of bricks, f296, that runs E-W along the east half of the south baulk. v 79 NW gk22 gf196,293,296,298 final photo for k22
