They are relatively small and one of them is a grinding stone. f 160 ds It is a stone installation in k23 located against the northern section of the locus. It consists of four stones one is relatively bigger then the other three, and it is located on the side of the three stones that are close to each other. f 159 ds It is a stone installation in k23 located in the middle of the square. It consist of relatively small stones, about nine of them that were laid close to each other, forming a round shape. .rd U913 .ri yM f 163 dy Today we continued removing f163. When we first started the removal the layer was hard but as we dug further down the layer became very soft, with an ashy texture. One of the unique characteristiques of this feature is that its hard to clean due to its ashy texture. f 163 ds It is a natural accumulation layer located in k24. It is hard and contain a lot of roots. f 170 ds It is the natural accumulation layer in k25 under the top soil f167. it is relatively soft and it contained some roots. .rd U913 .ri yM f 171 ds it is the small wall in k24 located against the middle part of the western section, south of the stone installation f164. This wall consist in the western part, of two big stones, and the rest of the stones in the eastern part are small. f 168 ds It is a small stone wall in k23 going against the middle part of the east section of the square. it consist mainly of 6 medium size stones that forms a rectangular shape. .rd U914 .ri yM f 168 dy Today we removed the baulk between k23 and k24 expecting to find more stones under the baulk in the middle part as the continuation of wall f168 towards wall f171 but we did not find any stone, so the assumption we made earlier about the tow walls being connected, was incorrect. f 169 ds It is a hard floor surface in k23. At first we thought that it could be a brick melt since its highly compacted and hard but it turned out to be a floor surface. This layer is very hard, dry and breaks into flakes. f 157 ev When we first assigned this feature we assigned it to include all the surface that surrounded the stone installations f159, f160. We excavated the north east corner of the locus as this feature, but when we will proceed we will give the rest of this layer another number which is f173. f 176 ds Top soil layer in k34. It is a very hard layer that contain a lot of roots. f 173 ds It is an accumulation layer located in the southern part of k23. This layer consists of a soft ashy like soil very easy to excavate. .rd U920 .ri yM .ed U927 .ei yM f 174 ds An oval shaped clay installation located in the north western part of k23. The part that we uncovered suggest that its oval shaped. This installation consist of a 10 cm thick compacted clay installation. presumably it is a bin. f 178 ds The fill inside the clay installation f174. the soil of this fill is very soft and contains large quantity of ash. f 179 ds It is a floor surface located in k23. Itis a very compacted hard layer that was difficult to remove. When excavated it came out in flaky chunks. f 180 ds Fill of pit f189 in k25. this feature was very mixed.
