Daily notes about recovery of elements 2006-08-22 rE Today Mohammad and Ebrahim started the excavation on the north half of k31. In k31 there were f170 the topsoil, and f171 which was brown, chunky, and lamination accumulation, with a few sherds of pottery, and small pebbles. Under this feature was f174, an installation with 6-7 different size of stones at the same level. [Input: Q822RE.j]
2006-08-24 rE We removed the north baulk which consisted of 4 features. After removing the baulk we have got a new k109 which formed of the north half of k31 and the south half of k32. We removed the baulk in order to have a full view of the floating stones on J1 and the north section behind it. [Input: Q824RE.j]
