Since there was just some soil and plenty of modern rubbish within the locus, we proceed by cleaning the whole locus just removing the accomulation formed in the last 2 years without assigning any feature number, since this 'between-season' accomulation was few mm in the N portion of k70 and aprox. 2cm in the S portion of the locus (close to the S section) and no pottery was found while removing this thin layer. After the cleaning we just re-expose the surface already exposed in 2001, to which we assign f50. After the cleaning, f50 appeared to be a very compact and hard surface, due probably to its exposure to water, probably in the last 2 years. f50 seems to have a very fine texture (clayish) and is light grey in colour. el 94.14@top nr The bottom of f50 has not been reached, since we never dug in this locus. Concernig the top elevation, it changes from the N to the S portion of the locus, since f50 follows the slope of the tell mound; in k71 there are aprox. 20-40cm of difference in elevation between the top elevation of the feature in the N and the top elevation of the feature in the S portion of the locus. ;dal dy of k70: During the general cleaning of the area, some fragments of plastic bags and an empty cigarette box were found within an animal hole on the pedestal of two floating stones located in the NE part of k71 (at the elevation of m4253 +147 -158=94.14). We finished the day by cleaning most of the area and respective baulks. f 162 el 9084 (but this is not real bottom elevation of the f) @bottom nr The bottom elevation reported in the 'Volumetric localization' is not the real bottom of the feature, since we stop digging in this locus; the bottom elevation reported has been taken where the lowest brick of wall f162 was visible. f 165 el not reached real bottom elevation @bottom nr The bottom elevation of f165 (which is a complete tannur that has been found below the topsoil and under a large limestone, as visible in v68b) has not been reached since we stop digging in this locus. Therefore, 94.22 is related with the bottom elevation reached in this locus during this year excavation season (2006) and does not correspond to the real bottom of feature f165; the bottom elevation reported has been taken where the lowest portion of the tannur f165 was visible. f 105 nr f105 is the same type of accumulation as f67: it has been labeled as f105 since it is the pedestal below two isolated limestones (f104, f104.1 and f104.2) . ;c# MISSING hd compact f 92 nr It is the same of f58, but it has been labeled separately since it is the accumulation below a isolated limestone (f91). c# 10YR 7/3 co light brown wm clay loam tx very fine, clayish
