declared f226 which is a layer of hard, compact material and sherds and stones which seems to form some type of surface. Whether it is regular sedimentation or part of the scattered occupation after abandonment is uncertain although the latter seems most likely. This layer runs at about the same elevation or just a little lower than the top of the wall, f72. It is the same as f224 in k116 and f225 in k114. [Input: Q912MS.j] |
