Excavation followed the slope of the topsoil, not a level surface. f 100 ds This is a natural accumulation under the topsoil in k13. The material is clay with fine dust and other small, sandy components. The accumulation is sticky when wet. Larger roots extended into it from the topsoil above, f97. Exposed a soil and rock conglomerate, f101, within this feature.
