After removing the baulk we have got a new k109 which formed of the north half of k31 and the south half of k32. We removed the baulk in order to have a full view of the floating stones on J1 and the north section behind it. f 175 dy Swar removed f175 which was assemblage of small stones alined, with hard material between the stones. f175 was found in the south east corner of the north half of k31. k 22 dy Swar and So'd removed the north baulk of k108 in order to have a full view for the floor, f173, under it. k 109 dy It is formed of the north half of k31, south half of k32, and the baulk between them. We removed f181 which is a powder accumulation covers all the locus which contains a few sherds of pottery and pebbles. At the end of the day the feature began to change in the north of k109, but we stopped the work and cleaned k109 to prepare for the work on Saturday. f 178 ds A floating limestone block found on the south west of k31.
