Notes on typology	2006-05-08	jW	While reviewing the object photographs, jW noticed that the depressions in the surface of what had been described by gM as a hammerstone with two depressions caused by repeated contact with fingers were more likely than not sockets for a rotating shaft. Therefore this stone was a part of a more complex tool, probably a drill. [Input: Q508JW.j]
