Overview

In Phase 4mAAH, the Palace was no longer used for its original function, though its retained its structural integrity.

In the courtyard, we see evidence of non-Palace related activities that took place directly on the pavement itself, which had obviously lost its original significance.

Installations

The courtyard pavement, kept clean during phase 4kAAH, began to be used for non-Palace related activities in phase 4mAAH. The possible tannur f328 is the only clear installation of phase 4m in A16. There are some thin layers of accumulation that build up on the surface of the pavement during this phase.
