This series of photographs around the inside of a probe below the bottom of pit

, illustrates the nature of the material that was used as fill beneath the baqaya glacis,

, of the original BA temple complex. One can see a heterogeneus mix of material,

, below the top of the pit cut and in the baulks of the subsequent sounding within its perimeter. The various sub-views show that the fill was a mix of ashy and bricky material.
