Medium-high fired, higher fired than most CH vessels. Mica and calcite showing on the surface. Yellow buff slip on the exterior only. Rim slightly deformed where the knob was applied to the exterior. Thumb shaped indentation on the interior where the potter's thumb pressed the handle in place.
