Description (summary) 2006-10-09 jW Natural accumulation in the southern part of k106 in the east sector of the unit. It is a continuation to the east of accumulations f254 in k108 and f257 in k109. All are lower in elevation than the south face of the revetment wall, f11, and were formed by soil carried by the wind, material that washed down from the BA temple mound, and material deposited by human activity in the plaza to the south of the wall. 2007-07-17 jW Natural accumulation in the southern extremity of k1 and k106 to the east of k101 in which sit a large number of limestone blocks which were probably displaced by natural forces acting on installations higher on the BA temple mound. It is south of the south face of the revetment wall, f11. This accumulation extends the length of the excavated wall face in the eastern section of unit J3. It corresponds to accumulations f257 in k108, f254 in k109, and f30 in k101, all to the west. It covers accumulation f331, the stopping point of excavations this season. [Input: R717JW1.j]
