Description (summary) | 0000-00-00 | fAB | This is a pit that MKB pointed out to FAB, and in discussing it, it seems to shed a great deal of light on the problems we have been having in understanding the relationship between the S wall of AK and the srange accumulation that is in a cut (?) in the section. This feature is a pit that decends from a high level, perhaps even the scattered occupation layers, but is cut by the strange accumulation that reflects the AK wall. This seems to indicate that f29 is a late cut. Why does it follow the AK wall? Why are there bricks laying flat in f29? What are the soft layers between those bricks? These questions remain, but now we can understand better the relationship between the wall and this section. [Input: H704FAB2.J] |
