This subview focuses on the various phases of the temple mound best illustrated in the western loci of the unit. Earliest is on the right and consists of the revetment wall, f11 and the baqaya layer, f50, f109 extending upwards from it north towards the BA temple. The middle of the photo shows the intermediate periods and consists of memory stones, a16, and wahal layers f123, f143, and f152. The left of the photo shows the last periods of activity which consists of a mud layer, f241, which by that point covers the memory stones, and another line of stones, a17, which may either be another generation of stones or a structure totally unrelated to the temple.
