Text description of view | 2006-08-23 | vE | This is a photograph of the section of the outer east side of the east baulk of k107 after it had been cleaned so that it could function as a template for excavations in k107. (It had been previously excavated several years ago as a west baulk of a locus of unit J2.) The purpose of the view is to show the accumlations atop the stepped stone structure, f556. The original author of this view description noted that there were fifteen layers, however, since the section has not been scored, one cannot differentiate them in these photos even though it can be seen that there are some variations in color and texture.
