Text description of view | 2006-08-24 | vVE | This photograph and its series of sub-views show the section of the west baulks of loci k106 and k107. One can see all of the accumulations that were deposited above the second apron, f532, and the revetment wall (not yet excavated and not shown here). It is clear that when the apron went out of use, no further significant occupation occurred here up to the present time. For example there are no pits, mudbricks, arrangements of stones, or varying textures and composition of layers that typically provide evidence of human presence. [Input: RY01JW.j] |
