| Description (summary) | 2008-07-13 | lH | Two hemispherical fragments of large stones, about 40cm in diameter, separated and set on edge with a space between which contained some small stones, located in southwestern quadrant of k24. It sat in natural accumulation, f7, directly under the topsoil, f1. The orientation of the opening was roughly NW to SE. Although there is no soot on the inner faces of the stones, it appears to have been a small hearth, perhaps built by recent transients. [Input file: S713LH.j] |
