Notes on description 2003-09-07 jl We made an error excavating f122 this season. Although we found some of the white reed matting layers within it as we excavated down, instead of making the whole area a new feature (since the reed matting was presumably associated with a floor/surface at that elevation), we only renamed the white layers themselves, as f160. The soil surrounding them we left as f122 and continued to excavate. Therefore, the layers of f122 below the top of f160 should properly be considered part of a different feature, f160.
