Typical Phase 4 double rim jar, Ch ware, light bitumen coating on the interior of the rim and extending a short way into the interior of the body. Secondarily fired on a short portion of the rim exterior and on the interior of the rim extending down to the inside portion of the jar neck. Vessel not well made as evidenced by holes on the extrior of the body and extra pieces of clay on the interior. Rehydrated calcite on the interior. [Input: WY01LC.j] |
