light gray on exterior and interior similar to the finer type of gray ware but matrix is red-brown not gray, therefore may be a type of the finer variety of gray ware or not gray ware at all, finger prints on the exterior but interior seems to have wheel marks (ie probabbly not handmade), sand and mica temper, burnished on exterior.
