View showing the excavation in progress in k127. Removed the accumulation f347 more stones belonging to wall f288 running to the east, were uncovered. To the west is visible the big accumulation f345 abutting a8 and covering part of the collapsed stones. On top of this accumulation the two big floating stones f361 show perhaps a later event of collapse. The view shows also the fact that the two big stone walls f288 and f259 are bonded and form a clear corner, below the break f344, likely caused by water flowing from the west. [Input: T823LC2.j] |
