These two types of contact, “to abut or to bond with“, represents the largest percentages of the types of contact in J2 at about 31%. Due to the presence of the large structures associated with the monumental access there are many features, mostly accumulations, that abut the revetment wall, staircase or apron.
To bond is less frequent, however, the bonding of the walls, and other structures that form the monumental access do give some instances of bonding in J2.
