Description/Count
Description 2006-8-28mS The so-called interface runs throughout k112, k13, k2 and k3. It is grainy and contains large quantities of sherds and stones. In some areas it seems to be be flat and almost an installation, but overall appears to be natural sedimentation. [Input file: Q824MS.J / Q824MS.-J]

Recovery/Assignment and the Record
Daily 2006-8-19cVP This feature is not yet the big multi-layered one, is similar to the previous a little bit more compact and with more pebbles. We are nearing the multi-layered one, so this seems to be a mixture between the one above and the one below, that is why we are going to consider it as a kind of interface between both. It seems to have been made in places with melted bricks [Input file: Q817CVP.J / Q817CVP.-J]
2006-8-21cVP At some 25 cm to the first step we reach the same interface layer that the one found in k2 and k3, and we are going to keep calling it with the same feature number, f203. Here seems to be more dense, compact, with more stones and sherds, its surface irregular. [Input file: Q817CVP.J / Q817CVP.-J]
C99.NRecovery 2006-9-11mS we have been using f203 as the area wide feature which is the same as several features of last season. It is the hard, compacted accumulation full of sherds and pottery. Unfortunately, we used this feature number incorrectly in k14, before we really reached it. We have decided instead to create a new feature number for this accumulation when we do reach it in these new loci, k113, k114, k116. [Input file: Q912MS.J / Q912MS.-J]
