Drawing of the section of the east baulk of k101, a locus formed by combining a part of the SE corner of k12 and all of k11. It encompasses the monumental wall, f11, its apron, f10 (not shown here but shown as part of the section of the extant east baulk of k12). The major soil features are a series of accumulations (f7, f8, f9, f13, f86, f87, and f30) deposited naturally after f11 went out of use. The section stops at the top of accumulation f43, whose manner of deposition is unclear at this time. Accumulation features f86 and f87, demarked by subtle changes in soil color, were not recognized during the excavation phase. [Input: Q212JW.j] |
