Typical Phase 4 double rim jar but the rim with the doubled portion is narrow and not as wide as the usual Phase 4 double rims are. Bitumen has been applied on the exterior of the rim, part of the neck, on the interior of the rim, and part of the way down into the neck where the b itumen is not well applied and lower edge is uneven on the interior.
