f4 is a natural accumulation located directly below the topsoil; as for f1, the extension of this natural accumulation is limited to the SE corner in k71, since this square was investigated in 2001, and for this reason, the unexcavated area of k71 is -at present- small, and it limited to the SE corner of k71: the extension of the unexcavated area to the W is given by r1, and, it measures 58cm W from m4254 and 300cm N from m4254. f4 characterized by a compact surface but it consists of patches of harder and softer soil; f4 is fine texture and, once removed, it is crumble; when dry or removed it is a bit dusty and light grayish in colour. It is light brown in color. It is the same of f5 in k72 and f6 in k73. [Input: Q820SC2.j] |
