General notes on photos 1999-07-25 jlw one of the few calcareous floor surfaces in the AK building, f173, was found in the accumulation, f158, at the top of an unexcavated platform in A7. The photo places the floor in context by showing its relationship to wall stub, f172, and doorway a17. v36b is a tight overhead of the floor itself. The floor surface is very fragile so we opted to take the photo in full light, which diminishes the quality somewhat. We are excavating nearby and we could have very well damaged the floor. [Input: J725JLW1.j]
1999-08-05 jl v36 is a view of the brick floor f191 in front of the a17 doorway and the tops of the stone wall f117. v36a is a closeup of f191. [Input: J805JL.j]
