This is the pedestal of f168, a limestone located on one of the steps of the monumental staircase, J2f130. f168 consist of a natural accumulation under the stone; the pedestal is part of the natural accumulations that build-up this portion of the tell mound that have been removed while digging in this locus in the 2004 excavation season).
