this number was duplicated, having been assigned on H708 and then again on H712. This applies to q978 through q984. The duplicate entries were assigned in order the sequence of numbers q1033 through q1039. The data was entered into the computer files with the correction, but the q-lot bags themselves may not have been renumbered. If the duplication is encountered, lots belonging to H708 have the original numbers. Those dated H709 have the replaced numbers. [Input: H728RK1.J] |
