Constituent Roster Date Record
a1 A30 2007-07-16 One room U-shaped structure in locus k5, opening to the W-SW and consisting of three unbonded walls f4, f5 and f7. Another wall, f142, runs alongside f5. One may have been constructed as a buttress for the other, but the building sequence and relationship of these two walls is unclear. Two large Khabur vessels and several human bones were found inside a1. The structure is likely an eroded burial. [Input: R716SG.j]
a1 A35 2007-07-16 v0043a [Input: R716SG.j]
a1 A35 2007-07-16 v0058 [Input: R716SG.j]
a2 A30 2007-07-16 One room structure in locus k6. This is the earliest of the structures in k6 and belongs to phase 5b. [Input: R716SG.j]
a2 A35 2007-07-16 v0058 [Input: R716SG.j]
a3 A30 2007-07-16 House structure whose walls are in loci k7 and k8. The three plastered walls were initially discovered simply by scraping and cleaning the topsoil, after which the excavation of the entire structure passed to the excavators of A15. [Input: R716SG.j]
a3 A35 2007-07-16 v0004a [Input: R716SG.j]
a4 F99 2007-07-16 Brickfall a4 covers walls f72 and f73, accumulation f74 and layer f76. [Input: R716SG.j]
a5 A30 2007-07-16 Series of channels and holes under and to the north of wall f52 in locus k4. These were originally interpreted as a drain installation, but after excavating the area it became apparent that these holes and channels were in fact animal holes. The original interpretation was then abandoned. [Input: R716SG.j]
a6 A30 2007-07-16 Vaulted structure in loci k2 and k3 containing scattered animal bones. This structure is thought to have been a burial or perhaps a cistern, but further excavation will be required in order to resolve the question. [Input: R716SG.j]

a8 A30 2007-07-16 One room structure in loci k4 and k106 composed of one mudbrick wall, f52, and two low walls of packed mud, f80 and f93. The structure opens to the S-SE, at which point the western wall f80 connects with the square brick pillar f89. A pot smash of a cooking vessel, i30, and a tannur, f102, were found inside the structure, which was likely used as an open-air cooking area. [Input: R716SG.j]
a8 A35 2007-07-16 v0046 [Input: R716SG.j]
a9 A30 2007-07-16 One room burial structure in locus k105 containing an adult skeleton. Three mudbrick walls were identified on the west, south and east. The inner sides of the western and eastern walls have collapsed in a way which suggests that the tomb may have been vaulted. Grave goods found in the burial include two silver earrings (i33, i36), ceramic vessel i34, and bronze bucket i29. [Input: R716SG.j]

f246 C40 2007-07-14 The series of orange bricks, piled-up to form a column were initially labeled as f89. However, as soon as the distinction between the bricks forming the hearth installation (encountered firstly when excavating) and the bricks forming the pillar become clear, the excavators (fAB,lR, sV) decided to distingusih the two, and therefore assigned a new feature number to the bricks forming the pillar, which is f246.
