Recovery/Assignment

Roster Date Author Record
Daily notes about recovery of elements 2005-08-14 cvp The excavation of the column has already reached the level left in MZ16. We separated the Column space (k106) with a string. [Input: P810CVP.j]
2005-08-15 cvp Second part of E section photographed (v77) and drawn. E baulk begins to be removed. We left temporarily the excavation of k106 (the column), to concentrate in the rest of the square, as are now in the same elevation, basically due to strategic reasons (access to the "elevatore" to remove the dirt). We use also the same number for that big multilayered feature, f151. [Input: P810CVP.j]
2005-08-16 cvp We are still digging the same feature as yesterday. [Input: P810CVP.j]
2005-08-17 cvp Keep digging looking for the bottom of the MZ16 squares. [Input: P817CVP.j]
2005-08-18 cvp Finishing here for the time being, as we have arrived at the level left in MZ16 (9022). We took photos (v86, v86a), relay and made a sketch (J01sk33) of the floating stones. [Input: P817CVP.j]

4. TYPOLOGY

Measurements

Roster Date Author Record
Notes on measurement 2005-08-02 cvp As we open the new squares with the new orientation, the space remaining on this locus would be not rectangular. So the four markers laid by bWP would reflect in the plot as a trapezoid. Then a big part of their surface would coincide with part of the space of the old squares excavated in 2003. A subdivision in created in that loci to contain the typological column, that would be called k106. [Input: P802CVP.j]
