Text description of view | 2009-08-03 | mM | View showing the excavation in k127. To the north is visible f329, interpreted at the beginning as the first Late Chalcolithic accumulation and then turned out to be still mixed with ED III sherds. More to the south is clearly visible the ash layer f278 abutting the cut or eroded surface of early escarpment f196. On top of the ash there is the sloping floor f317 and the hard accumulation f327. These last three features are interpreted as belonging to an intermediate period between the two escarpments. [Input: T902LC.j] |
