As explained in the Grammar, chronometry is the section where emplacement data are dimensioned according to the time intervals that can be deduced from the depositional inferences. Furter development of the concept can be found in Integrative Analysis section of the Grammar.
In the first section we give a synthesis of the sequence by strata and phases, as determined on the basis of the modes of contact that have been established among all the constituents. The full set of data is available separately in the Stratigraphic Summaries.
In the second section one will find a discussion of the contributions to phasing provided by clusters that are not in contact, due to the fact that they are located in other units of this tell or are exemplars drawn from other excavations. We expect that this section will be expanded as part of the analysis of Plaza JP, the main structural complex to which unit J5 belongs.
