Introduction
Typically, two baulks are drawn for each locus that is a square. We generally drew the north and east baulks unless special conditions dictated another arrangement. The baulks are drawn prior to removal. The drawong process is in two phases; first a scaled pencil drawing is made in the field and second an electronic vector rendition is done in the lab. The vector drawing is uned in this section. Occasionally, a vetor drawing is made from a photograph of the baulk.
Regrettably, finished drawings of most baulks are not available. There is one inked drawing of the west half of the north baulk of k1. There is a rough pencil sketch of a baulk in k15, There are pencil drawings of the east baulk of k5, the north baulk of k13, the north baulk of k3 and the north baulk of k12.
