Introduction

The ordered aggregation comprises the architecture and structures. Unit J4 is not rich from the architectural an structural point of view. and while it contains man made structures, they are very limited in number and function.

Walls

The 7 wall identified in J4 are small and in most cases consist of only a sngle row of stones or mudbricks, with the exception of f10 (^wall1)which is more elaborate and shape like an apron. ^wall4, ^wall5 and ^wall6 are all single rows of stones belonging to the Mittani horizon, while ^wall2, ^wall3 and ^wall7 are mudbrick walls. none of the walls in this unit give a clear inication of their function, and the fact that in most cases we have only one row of stone without an evidence inicating that there once was more and it got ddamaged or repurposed at a later stage, leads to the assumption that these walls were only dividers and not parts of a larger functional construction.

Glacis

5 features were identified as glacis layers only to discover upon further inestigation that we only have two. Glacis f127 is the same asf77 extending in two adjacent loci k72 and k82 and pertaining to the Mittani period.

Glacis f150, equal to f158 and f160, dating to the Akkadian period.

Installations

The only complex installation in J4 is the bin installation f93 (the other two feattures that were identified in the record as installation are two stone installations f155 and f156, and they only consist of two or three agacent stones that do not form any coherent allignement or exhibit any evidence o being connecte to a larger structure).

Feature List

Most of the ordered constituents discussed in this section have been grouped in combinations called specific labels. It may nevertheless be constructive to list the contributing elements by definition:
