Text description of view 2007-11-01 jW This photograph was taken at an intermediate point in the excavation of k1, after natural accumulation, f500, had been removed to expose floor, f534. In the process of excavation, the boulders of aggregate, a500, had been left standing on soil pedestals. A number of new boulders, f519, f520, f521, f525, f526, f527, and f530 were now visible, scattered among and near the ones of a500. This view shows the arrangement of all the boulders exposed to this point, before their associations with other features, if any, could be determined. [Input: RY01JW.j]
