Text description of view | 2010-09-18 | jW | This photograph shows the context of the large jar, i31, after all of the surrounding cover and fill had been removed. By this time it was clear that it probably contained a burial. One can see that it is near to but does not touch the brick wall, f348. The sub-views were taken from a variety of perspectives in order to assist in restoration after removal. (To this point we had not seen a jar of this size from the Late Chalcolithic 3 Period.)
