2012-10-07 jW Ceramics not fully analyzed. Items included stone tools and spindle whorls. Although we can't date this material to a particular period, it is evidence that the area was in active use when the soil was being deposited. [Input: WX07JW.j]
Other reasons, reservations, qualifications 2012-10-07 jW Originally this feature was assigned to a higher post-abandonment stratum, s80J3B. It was one of the first features excavated to the south of the revetment wall, f11. Subsequent excavations to the east in k1 and k107 revealed that buildup in front of the revetment occurred in the later stages of the Mittani period. Since the elevations match those of f552 and f573, we revised the assignment to s122bJ3B, matching f573. [Input: WX07JW.j]
