Description/Count
Description 2008-8-19rE This feature is an ash accumulation covering f196. It contains some pieces of mudbricks and pebbles with a few sherds and bones. This feature abouts f259 the wall wich goes south north. this wall f259 and the stone to the south f261 make like a boundary of the ash f278. It looks like f278 goes underneath f239 to the east. [Input file: S813RE.J / S813RE.-J]

Recovery/Assignment and the Record
Daily 2009-8-8lC Today we continued to remove this ashy layer. If the previous days it was hard and very compact, light gray in color and with small charcoal fragments, today instead, probably next to the bottom of the cut/erosion it was softer. Moreover it was much blacker in color, and there were some few lenses of really fine gray and black ash. I think it is all the same and it is just different in hardness and a little in composition because of the water and sun actions. [Input file: T808LC.J / T808LC.-J]
Argument 2008-8-19rE Is the same feature as f241 the ash accumulation above the early escarpment f196. We gave it a new feature number to be sure that the sherds are not mixed from the years before. [Input file: S813RE.J / S813RE.-J]
