Stratigraphy
Phase 3l is the erliest Phase reached in J6. This phase is dated to EDII only on the base of stratigrapy. Pottery collected in this strata was too small. There is a marked slope and a mudbrick wall f324 which is partly visible since located under the Phase 3m walls. It could be that this wall dated to Phase 2. In J2 there is a staircase which is dated to Phase 2, therefore we can assume that also in J6, excavating deeper, we find Phase 2 structures. It remains unclear if wall f227 was built during this period or earlier. Further excavations should clear this issue.
