Phases for Unit J7

A detailed overview of deposition is given under the depositional history. This section will describe each phase individually.

The earliest phase excavated as of 2009 was Phase 7j although there are certainly earlier deposits to be found below those excavated.

Phase 7j was followed by the Phase 7v, which was characterized by the continued build-up of accumulations on top of the brickfall.

The upper levels of J7 are attributed to Phase 8m, which is defined by natural accumulations with large floating stones sitting along the eastern edge of the loci.
